A delicious way to eat your meat and potatoes! 20 pieces of meat cut in 1 inch cubes that is cooked 20 pieces of boiled potatoes cut in 1 inch cubes that is boiled toothpicks 2 eggs well beaten 1/2 cup white flour salt to taste Method Boil the meat and keep it aside, boil potatoes and keep aside, than start skewering them on the toothpick alternately, dip in flour and than dip it in the egg mixture (make sure you season the egg with a little salt) and and fry on med high heat!
