Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) sifted 2 Cups -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Pani (Water) 2 Cups or as required -Cooking oil 1 tsp Directions: -Bowl mein chawal ka atta aur namak dal ker mix ker lein. -Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker ka batter tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Tawa garam karein aur tayyar batter dal ker evenly pheela lein (makes 4). -Cooking oil dal ker dono sides sa tez ancch per light golden hunay tak paka lein.
